Open Adoptions
Open adoption is allowed. Information will not be given that will allow you to identify each other unless the involved parties agree to this. If both parties want to meet, this can be arranged through Post Adoption Services.
Search/Reunion
Adoption Registry is available. In all types of adoption, adoptees, birth parents, or other birth relatives can contact Post Adoption Services (368-6511) when the adoptee reaches the age of 18. Identifying information will not be given unless the involved parties agree to this. If both parties want to meet, this can be arranged through Post Adoption Services.
